ServCorp River Point has one of the best views of downtown Chicago that I've seen. The space is clean, minimalist, and has an excellent floor plan. The "coworking" area features restaurant-syle booths, comfortable seating, and even a real London phone booth. It's a very comfortable space for a meeting or to get work done. Many of the offices throughout the space feature great views of Chicago. The staff is top-notch. They go above and beyond for tenants, and are also very friendly people. Highly recommend.
Terrific experience - the entire Servcorp team has been incredible and the customer service is top notch. We had multiple touch points in advance of our move in date and once we arrived, everything from phones/internet, office furniture, instructions, etc. was all set up. We were up and running within minutes of our arrival and never missed a beat. Two official and valid identification documents with photo, full name, address and date of birth that is issued by a recognized public office such as a driving license, passport, and a residence card for foreign residents must be submitted. For companies, a company registration document (less than 3 months old) must also be provided. A list of required documentation will be given at time of signing up.
With month-to-month membership, we require at least one full calendar month notice. If you give notice during the course of a month, your cancellation will take effect on the last day of the following month.
With a 12-months fixed term contract, you need to give at least one full calendar month notice prior to the end date of the contract. If your notice is shorter than one month prior to the end date – the contact will be cancelled on the last day of the month following the end date.
