The 56-story Bank of America Center is the seventh tallest building in Texas, located in the prestigious Theater District of Downtown Houston. From Servcorp’s office on the 39th floor, you’ll have spectacular views of the nearby JP Morgan Chase Building, Pennzoil Place, Houston City Hall and the reflecting pool in Hermann Park. Bank of America Center is within short walking distance of such Downtown Houston attractions as Jones Hall, Bayou Place, and the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts as well as 5-star hotels and dining options. The building is convenient to Interstate 45, which runs north to Dallas and south to Galveston and the Gulf of Mexico, and you’ll find ample parking in the building or nearby.

The building’s remarkable location is within short walking distance to attractions such as Jones Hall, Bayou Place, the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts, Wortham Center and the Alley Theatre. The Bank of America Center is located near Harris County and Houston Municipal Court Houses, the police station, and the post office. The building is connected to the underground system of tunnels, which lie 20 feet below Houston's downtown streets and are more than 6 miles long. Having started out years ago as a tunnel between two downtown movie theaters, today it includes restaurants, banks, salons, and service retail and connects 95 city blocks.
