So it was open the doors and business as usual? In the age of coronavirus, “that’s not quite how we’re operating” said Nicole Alesi, Servcorp Chicago Manager.
“During this time our top priorities have been the safety of our clients, the community that they work in, and ensuring there were no interruptions to their day to day operations. Therefore, we immediately made the necessary changes to our space so they felt safe returning to their office as soon as possible.
These changes have included a significant emphasis on sanitization and regular cleaning throughout the day, on top of nightly enhanced cleaning by building contractors. Reception check-in requires temperature check, complimentary masks, and hand sanitizer. We have displayed around the floor social distancing stickers and have removed chairs from Coworking and Meeting Rooms to signify distancing requirements.
With respect to our Reception services, answering client calls, and diverting them to their mobile or home, we didn’t skip a beat.
We were also able to manage services such as mail and package redirection, so with these services, clients were able to keep operating.
The few weeks without our clients in the office were challenging as we truly missed having them around. It has been great to welcome them back and they appreciate our efforts to ensure their business continued as normal despite this challenging time.”
