Servcorp Begins Pre-leasing at One World Trade Center

Servcorp, the global leader in the executive suites and virtual office industry, announced this week that is has begun pre-leasing space at its newest Manhattan location at One World Trade Center. It has also signed its first deal with an international entrepreneur for an office with stunning north facing views. Servcorp will occupy the entire 85th floor – 34,775 square feet – of the iconic building. The new office space falls in line with Servcorp's mission to place new offices in highly desired areas and at the most prestigious addresses throughout the world.

Scheduled to open in April 2015, Servcorp's first office space was leased to Ali Chahrour, an international entrepreneur and partner of Frontier Consulting – a global consulting firm that aids American companies in entering and growing their business in the emerging markets of the Middle East and Southeast Asia( This will be Mr. Chahrour and Frontier's firstU.S. address.
