At Servcorp, we understand that markets are constantly changing and your business needs to be ready to react. The Servcorp Loyalty Program rewards Servcorp Virtual Office® clients for their ongoing support by offering extra flexibility and cost savings.

  • At the end of each month, you earn rewards points based on 20% of your Servcorp Virtual Office® expenditure.
  • Your Servcorp rewards points can be viewed on your monthly invoice and redeemed on one of the following offers:

 

Virtual Upgrade

If your business is growing and you are considering taking your own office space; why not take a Virtual Upgrade to a Servcorp Executive Office Suite? To help make the transition from a Virtual Office to an Executive Suite smoothly, you may use your Servcorp Loyalty rewards points to offset the rental costs. 

Virtual Pause

If your business is facing tough times or a quiet period and you are considering cost cutting measures; why not consider taking a Virtual Pause? Rather than losing your business presence and telephone number at such a crucial time, you may use your Servcorp Loyalty rewards points to offset your Servcorp Virtual Office® rental costs for up to 3 months. 

Terms & Conditions for Virtual Upgrade

  1. The Servcorp rewards points can only be used by the initial account holder and company as stated on the Servcorp Virtual Office® Rental Agreement.
  2. The Servcorp rewards points can only be used by the initial account holder and company for rental of a leased Servcorp Executive Suites office upon approval of signed lease documents. Note: Rewards points can only be used on office list rental, and cannot be used against: tax, security deposit, connections, services etc.
  3. The Servcorp Virtual Office® client must provide 1-2 months security deposit and a personal guarantor, rental for connections, tax etc. plus sign the Rental Agreement as per a normal executive suites office sale. i.e. all clauses of the Rental Agreement for a Servcorp Executive Suite are applicable.
  4. Minimum lease term is 1 month.
  5. The Servcorp rewards points can be divided over more than one Servcorp city.
  6. The Servcorp rewards points may not be used for casual rental of an office or boardrooms.
  7. The Servcorp rewards points may not be used to offset any outstanding invoices from any area of Servcorp Executive Suites or Servcorp Virtual Office
  8. The Servcorp rewards points may not be redeemed in cash.
  9. The Servcorp rewards points may only be earned from expenditure from Servcorp Virtual Office® invoices and used only as explained in items 1-2.
  10. Servcorp Loyalty Program membership terminates and all earned rewards points are lost if either party terminates the agreement for any reason, including but not limited to: A) written notice B) late or non payment of invoice resulting in suspension or termination.
  11. Upon upgrading to a Servcorp Executive Suites office a new account number will be established and Servcorp rewards points revert to “0”.
  12. Servcorp rewards points will expire 5 years after the date accrued.
  13. Servcorp reserves the right to discontinue the Servcorp Loyalty Program, Virtual Pause and Virtual Upgrade at any time.

 

Terms & Conditions for Virtual Pause

  1. 3 months maximum Virtual Pause per year. The period can be taken intermittently or in total.
  2. The Servcorp rewards points are used to offset Servcorp Virtual Office® membership costs. All services over the period must be paid as per the terms and conditions of the Servcorp Virtual Office® Rental Agreement.
  3. Where Servcorp rewards points do not cover the membership costs, membership will be charged at half price.
  4. Servcorp Virtual Office® membership charges will automatically re-commence after the paused period and continue for a minimum of two months at full price membership rental, notice to terminate the membership will not be accepted during this period. If the member wishes to terminate the service after utilizing the Virtual Pause, one month's written notice is again required, this shall be applied from the start of the next billing period.
  5. Virtual Pause cannot be used to pay a final account or outstanding rental and services.
  6. Servcorp reserves the right to discontinue the Servcorp Loyalty Program, Virtual Pause and Virtual Upgrade at any time.
  7. A suspension fee* per month will apply.
  8. Where applicable, during the suspended period, services can include: calls bypass reception and go directly to voicemail; mail held for collection; access to business lounge, meeting rooms, boardrooms and secretarial services is denied.
  9. The Servcorp rewards points will expire 5 years after the date accrued.
  10. Servcorp Loyalty Program membership terminates and all rewards points are lost if either party terminates the agreement for any reason, including but not limited to: A) written notice B) late or non payment of invoice resulting in suspension or termination.
